不同光强对霜冻后葡萄叶片PSII光化学活性恢复的影响

摘 要:

为研究不同光强对霜冻后葡萄叶片PSII光化学活性恢复的影响, 从而为通过控制恢复期间光强减轻霜冻伤害提供理论依据, 以‘美乐’葡萄幼苗为试材, 进行模拟霜冻处理, 霜冻后对幼苗进行弱光(150~160 μmol•m-2•s-1)、中等光强(500~600 μmol•m-2•s-1)和强光(1 390~1 400 μmol•m-2•s-1)恢复, 分析霜冻前后葡萄叶片的叶绿素荧光参数变化。结果表明, 霜冻造成Fv/FmΦPSII的降低, 较强光照会进一步造成光抑制。弱光有利于Fv/FmΦPSII的恢复, 不会造成光抑制。本研究表明, 弱光(150~160 μmol•m-2•s-1)对葡萄叶片霜冻后PSII光化学活性的恢复具有促进作用, 而强光不利于其恢复。

The role of different light intensities in the recovery of PSII photochemical activity in grape leaves after frost

Abstract:

In order to study the role of light intensity in the recovery of photochemical activity in grape leaves after frost and provide the basis for the use of controlling light intensity in reducing frost damages, ‘Merlot’ grape seedlings were frozen and then recovered under low (150–160 μmol•m-2•s-1), moderate (500–600 μmol•m-2•s-1) and high (1 390–1 400 μmol•m-2•s-1) light intensity conditions. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured and analyzed before and after artificial simulated frost treatment. Fv/Fm and ΦPSII were reduced after frosttreatment. Low light intensity was useful for their recovery, with no photo-inhibition. It was indicated that, low light intensity (150–160 μmol•m-2•s-1) had a promoting effect on the recovery of PSII photochemical activity in grape leaves after frost. Too high intensity of light was harmful.
